New artwork for the office. My good friend painted this. If you like it he will pain you one. Just let me know.

Jeremy Enke spirals out of control and flees to Amsterdam after learning of Urlachers wrist injury. Stay strong my friend.
It seems like everyone has been quiet lately for some reason. Then again, maybe it’s just me.
After the least productive Monday of my life I figure I could at least get on and ramble out a blog post.
This Wednesday I will be heading out to San Diego for a little get together with some affiliates. It should be a lot of fun as it will be really laid back, good drinks, and on the beach. It’s a lesser known get together, called ThinkTank. It’s pretty much the same group of people that attend Elite Retreat. The event is similar to Elite Retreat except there are no speakers and everyone just hangs out casually. There are lots of well known affiliate marketers attending as well as some of the friends I met at ER. Should be good times to say the least.
I can’t wait until this weekend… it’s when I dominate the surf game for the first time…
With that being said…
Relying on organic search results is such a boring business to be in. What sucks worse is better than waiting on your site’s ranking to improve in the SERP’s?
I’ve been working on getting a new site about online poker up and running, and being that I am targeting some pretty competitive terms it’s going to take a while to get things rolling like they should to be. Not to mention that the sites I am up against are ridiculous when it comes to backlinks. Take a look at this report to see what I mean. Now is the time to give me that early Christmas present awesome link you’ve been saving.
There is one advantage that I do have though. ;-)
I would also like to take this time to call out Brandon Berndt, Jeremy Enke, Mike Wittmeyer, Jeremy Miller, Graham Rowlands, John Goldie, the US Poker Guy, and anyone else who has been slackin on their bloggage lately. Post something FFS. Now that I think about it, I think everyone has been busy writing posts for Randy Ray ;-)
This is me shooting my latest edition, the AR-15.
Big thanks to Rome Casino for paying finally. Sad to say you won’t be promoted on any site of mine, though. Not until they clear up these issues and get everyone paid. No trust anymore.
In other news, I totally fucked myself over for my trip to Budapest. I thought my flight was leaving on the 7th but it was leaving on the 6th. I didn’t realize this until the night of the 6th and then it was too late. I really didn’t feel like paying an extra 4k to fly over there, so I just had to say screw it. Hopefully I can get my money back for missing that flight.
Tomorrow I get new tires on the Z06, so that means only one thing. Burnouts and donuts galore. Pics to come.
This is for Rome Casino (Rome Partners) and everyone involved.
Just got this interesting friend request on facebook. Apparently me and this guy share the same name. The internet is full of weirdos.
With my new living arrangement it has been hard to get much done, and even when I do sit down to work it is rarely very productive. This is all thanks to the constant random groups of girls that think they live here for the week. We are talking stage 5 clingers here.
:Sigh:
I have decided to create a seperation between work and non-work time. Working from home often gives you the feeling of living at work. It’s a constant feeling of, “What could I be working on?” Instead of “sleeping in until 11ish, opening the laptop, getting interrupted, getting distracted, etc” I am going to opt for a “wake up by 930, get to the office by 10, work on the to do list until 5ish, turn off the computer, go home”. At least that is the basic concept behind this change.
Nonetheless, things are back online after running at what I am guessing was about 60% of productivity. My new office space is 600 sq ft which isn’t very big. It’s pretty much a hallway and three seperate offices. One for me, one for my writer, and one for… I don’t know yet. I am pretty excited to push some new projects forward, and the rest of 2009 should be a blast.
The Budapest conference is coming up. I will be posting all kinds of pics straight from my iPhone to my tumblr account, so be sure to stop by that week to see some of the action.
Also, if you like reading, you are a retard if you don’t own a KindleDX. I just got one this past week and so far it is awesome. I can have newspapers, magazines, blogs, books, etc all delievered wirelessly via Amazon’s FREE 3G network. I try to dedicate at least an hour per day to reading, and so far this thing is making that a breeze. Did I mention that everything you buy on a Kindle is a lot cheaper than the hard copy?
Later
So my good friend in the car business found me a deal that I just couldn’t resist. It’s a 2007 Z06 Corvette. These come stock with 505 horse power. It’s the fastest car I have ever driven, and it’s only gonna get faster (Thanks to MTI Racing). Believe it or not it is cheaper to insure than my truck was and get’s better gas mileage (if I don’t drive too hard). You wouldn’t believe the deals you can get on GM’s cars right now, especially the expensive gas guzzlers.
I refuse to participate in this recession. That is until I am forced to participate AKA pay taxes.
Driving is fun now. Even stoplights, because I get to accelerate again. If you are sitting on the fence about buying a sports car, just do it. You won’t regret it, and you won’t get another chance to buy one this cheap.
You only live once.
So they fixed my AC but now it won’t turn off. I woke up to the house being 54 degrees F. Insanely cold for indoors in the summertime.
